Haiti April 2010

Greetings! I am off to Haiti again. I will be leaving Wednesday April 21st and will be returning on Thursday April 29....just a quick trip this time. I am heading to Leogane, Haiti to volunteer with Hands On Disaster Response, an NGO I have volunteered with a couple of times, once before in Gonaives Haiti in January 2009. Leogane is located about 18 miles west of Port Au Prince and was the epicenter of the earthquake in January this year. Leogane was catastrophically destroyed with up to 80-90% of the buildings damaged. I am looking forward to the trip and the adventure it will provide. I hope you enjoy reading my random thoughts.
